Hellooooooooooooooooooooooo Wastelanders! Its me, Three Dog, AWOOOOOOOOOOOO! Alright children, I need to get down to business. I need some information about some of you out there, if you're listening. Call it a census, call it me being nosey, call it whatever you want, but this needs to be done. You should see some flyers around the Capital Wasteland in the next couple of days that have a form on them. If you see one, pick it up, fill it out, and deliver it to me in some way, shape or form. If this is done, I'll make sure some caps go your way. Do be careful, children, as the Super Mutants might want to rip you to shreds. That's it for now, time for some music.

Name: The name of your character.
Level: The level of your character.
Karma: The karma of your character. (Good/Evil)
Faction: The faction your character belongs in.
Title: The title/rank of your character in the faction.
Renown: How much renown you have. The more renown, the more Three Dog talks about you.
S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
Strength: Affects the "Melee Weapons" skill, carrying weight, and damage bonus.
Perception: Affects the "Energy Weapons", "Explosives", "Lockpick" skills and viewing distance.
Endurance: Affects the "Big Guns", "Unarmed" skills, health, and resistance.
Charisma: Affects the "Barter", "Speech" skills and how other characters will react to you.
Intelligence: Affects the "Medicine", "Repair", "Science" skills and how many Skill Points you get per level.
Agility: Affects the "Small Guns", "Sneak" skills and how many Action Points you have.
Luck: Affects all skills and Critical Chance.

Barter: How well you can buy/sell goods.
Big Guns: How well you perform with "Big Guns". (Rocket Launchers, Fat Man, Miniguns, etc.)

Explosives: How well you do with explosives. (Grenades, Mines, etc.)
Lockpick: How good you are at lockpicking doors.
Medicine: How good you are at bandaging and treating wounds.

Repair: How good you are at repairing items.
Science: How good you are at computers, specially hacking.
Small Guns: How well you perform with "Small Guns". (10mm Pistols, Assault Rifles, etc.)
Sneak: How good you are at sneaking around.
Speech: How good you are talking with people.
Unarmed: How well you perform while Unarmed and with "Unarmed" Weapons. (Brass Knuckles, etc.)
Other Stats
Damage Bonus: The percent of extra damage that is dealt with every attack. (Excludes "Unarmed" damage)
Viewing Distance: How far you can identify characters and locations.
Resistance: The percent of poison and radiation that you resist.
Skill Points Per Level: How many skill points you get to spend per level.
Action Points: The number of Action Points. Certain stuff will cause a decrease in Action Points.
Critical Chance: The percentage that a hit will be critical. Critical hits get a damage bonus (different from the one above).
