If you want to do diplomacy with NPC nations, you need to talk to me as if I was the NPC nation.
So if you want an alliance with France, you need to talk to me like I was France.

Ok, so, I'm sorry for the delay. Real life is a killer currently, but I'm still working on this. We should start in a week at most.

I'm going to start asking people to put "OOC: [Message Here]" for things not in character of the BoP.
Example) OOC: AwesomeDude, you're screwed.
Example of an non OOC post) Prussia announces that it will put 50% of its income into research.

Also, make sure you include your Inflation rates with all purchases and expenses. So, if you want to make 1 unit of Weapons, it requires 300 Credits. However, if you have an inflation rate of 50%, you need to do the following calculation: Cost + (Cost * Inflation Rate) which would be 300 + (300 * .50). The actual cost of Weapons for you is 450 Credits. Since income is calculated by me, you won't have to worry about recession rate. However, I will give you the calculation anyways. If you have a standard tax income of 300 Credits, and a recession rate of 50%, this is the calculation: Income - (Income * Recession Rate). So it'll be 300 - (300 * .50), and you'll be making 150 credits instead. Also, a couple of side notes. - You can create whatever kind of tax you want (income tax, etc). You may also create whatever expense you want (upkeep, etc).
- You can create whatever policy you want. They will have consequences and some will even require an expense to be paid for it to work, but again, expenses are up to you. (You can literally create a policy that requires a wage of 500 credits a turn, but not issue the expenses of 500 credits. Thus saying you have the policy but not actually carrying it out.)
- NPCs will be very active. I'm going to look at timelines of the 1860s and see what each NPC nation did/wanted to do and will play them according to that time line.

FINALLY DONE WITH BRITAIN
Next will be Prussia; the only other major "naval" power played by a player.
After that will be the only other Major Nation played by a player; Austria. Then the rest should be extremely easy. We shall start this weekend.
